We went to the home that we have a contract for currently. There were problems with the drainage. The backyard was a swimming pool:) So what I am grateful for:
1. That foundation problems were not an issue in Utah.
2. We can fast and pray and receive answers.

New home
Today we had great news, they accepted the terms of our contract. So I am grateful for:
1. The possibility that we will be in a new home within the month.

Fun times
I am grateful for,
1. The Zoo, we went as a family to the zoo today. We now have a membership so I'm sure we'll go again.
2. The Pool, we went swimming as a family this evening. I am grateful the apartment complex has a pool, the hot tub was the temperature of a heated pool so we spent all our time there. It was lovely.

Houses
1. Our house in Kaysville is no longer ours. I am grateful for this because it means the closing went through, our loan is paid off, and we have the money in our account.
2. We continue to look at houses here in Mississippi. I am grateful for this because it hopefully means we can decide on one and be more permanently situated soon.

A miracle
A miracle happened today and I thought I should document it. We were expecting our house closing documents today via UPS overnight delivery. We were to sign them and send overnight them back. Well I thought that if we were not here they would simply bring them to the office as UPS has done in the past. However, when we returned from playgroup a notice was on our door that they had tried delivery, a signature was required from the address on the package, so they would try again tomorrow. I got on-line and signed up to pick it up today at the warehouse, this would be after the UPS truck got back, so it looked iffy that we would be able to get the paperwork, sign it and send it back today. Then on our way out we saw a UPS man. I stopped to ask him if he knew about where we could pick up the package. He had our package, allowed us to sign for it and off we went. It was a tender mercy from the Lord.
