Today I am grateful for. . .
1. Having a clean house when we leave for vacation. Unfortunately this seldom happens.
2. Finding out how my newest little one is doing. I have an ultra-sound today!

House
We have a Realtor coming tonight to walk through the house and let us know what he thinks we should fix and what we could expect to list the house for. I know Kyle is a little upset that we put so much money in, but will get so little out with how the housing market has gone, it is a little disappointing. I know I am having a hard time with thinking about the actual logistics, cleaning, fixing stuff, etc. However, even with all that, here are a few things we can be grateful for.
1. We have a house to shelter, keep us warm, and clean.
2. We paid off our loan fast enough that we are not upside down, in other words we should be able to sell the house for what we still owe.
3. I guess we can look upon this endeavor as an adventure, what a lot of things we will learn.
