I am grateful for Christmas gifts.  I love making wish lists for the kids and finding fun things for each of them.

Love

I am grateful for:
1.  The love I feel for my children.  It amazes me how much I love them and want them to succeed.  It also amazes me at how much their behavior, though it may disappoint me, does not change the extent of my love.
2.  The Christmas devotional, particularly the song.

Birthday pampering.

I am grateful for a husband who wants to, and I think in a way enjoys, pampering me. Here is an example.
1. A 1 hour surprise massage for my birthday.
2. Entertaining the kids while I lounged in bed reading and resting.
3. Watching a movie of my choice with me, even when he was tired.
4. Making dinner, a birthday cake, and helping the kids present presents.

My birthday was a huge success. Thanks mostly to a husband who pampered.
